The NEWFIELD WILLOWBROOK Museum is a 19th century country village museum with 37 buildings, 10,000 artifacts and over 65 carriages.

In NEW GLOUCESTER The United Society of Shakers, Shaker Museum is a living history museum.

The Transportation Museum OWLS HEAD has a collection of World War I era aircraft, automobiles, motorcycles, bicycles and carriages. Maine's lumbering history is captured in PATTEN by more than 3500 artifacts in nine buildings at the Lumberman's Museum.

PEMAQUID POINT is the site of a much-photographed lighthouse and Colonial Pemaquid (Ft. William Henry) where archaeological excavations have unearthed the foundations of two forts.
